How to Use Cross-Skilling to Address the Data Skills Gap
As state and local agencies have increased their reliance on data in all aspects of their operations, their need for data experts has grown substantially. In this video interview, Tony Holmes, Pluralsight’s Practice Lead for Solutions Architects for Public Sector, discusses how to develop a cross-skilling strategy to expand the data skill sets of existing staff and strengthen organizational resilience.
